Vintage 2013

It's been awhile I didnt share my mixie matchy style! and I miss it so much~~

This is the first post for the year of 2013, I'm still the old me but with new resolution, which is be a more happy gal instead of emo gal : D  ok, I think I'm slightly out of the topic...

So yea, its a new year but there's still some things I still remain the same, like vintage style its still my favorite!

so I decided to slightly dressed up to work~

Laced top - botique in plaza damas (they have a stall in curve too) - RM69.90
mustard skirt - one hidden shop in times square at the same floor with the cinema - RM 39.90

I think this shoes matched perfectly with the outfit, and the socks too! but nope I didnt wear this too work, abit too kua jiong la..I am a low profile person...hehehe XD

Believe your eyes, the skirt is really very small..I think its 23inch ba!! but they said its free size -.- its good in a way...its so tight which make you dont feel like eating at all

I would say its a perfect style for dating! but work...hmm...is it abit overdressed (in media industry), I'm a low profile person u know~ LOL...too bad la...no date for the day...just wear this to work and back home..
What do you think? abit overdressed for work? is it ok to dress like this for dating?? *lots of questions in mind*

Vintage is my name

Yay~~ is Vintage outfit time again

Previously I had intro my way of being Vintage in Malaysia...the tone down way...which you can read it here 

Feedback was not bad and all and I thought maybe I can share more as the vintage trend is still going on...which I am so much in love in that...

So...yes...I've been buying lots of things with vintage style...and this is so far by most my favorite mix and match I had done!!

Seriously I was soooooooooooooo excited when I match this 2 piece together...I just cant stop smiling! Cause its the perfect match!!! (syok sendiri)

Top (RM49.90 with necklace) stall at Sunway Giza)
A very simple top yet with unique cutting and design. Love it cause it looks flowy, so far dont have any top with this kinda design. I decided to tuck in as the skirt is flowy too. Dont wear both flowy things as it will looks very weird (as what are shown at the left side of the picture) if you dont wanna tuck in the top, wear something tighter.

Skirt (RM43 - from website)
Alot of people said this skirt I borrow from santarina....that makes me so worry I cant find anything to match man! Luckily I found the perfect match for her!























I just cant get over Vintage yet! just like Im so obsess with Eiffel Tower..LOL...more to come!!


PS: to my lovelies, I'm still in recovery stage but am doing better compare to last few weeks. Thanks for the comments and concerns...I dont want my blog to be half dead so I will keep on posting! keep supporting yo~

Vintage in CNY way

Sad sad...everyone sure very sad now cause our lovely chinese new year holiday dah habis. It mean its time to get our ass back to work >.< and no more ang pao to collect >.< LOL

Oh well, dont be sad...I bet you all had a fruitful CNY for the past few weeks...dont you?

Mine...been the same routine for almost every year...and one of the same routine that always happen during CNY is that I only meet this old friend once a year during CNY (LOL, sure kena scold by him if he read this)

Yes...not joking...I know this friend for more than 10 years and he is just like my brother d. BUT I think he wanna be low profile so I am not going to post his picture here.hahaha

Since its Tuesday and I took a day off (because bai tian gong the day before) I suggested to go Pavillion! its been a while I didnt go pavillion d due to avoid the traffic jam >.<

I know I am outdated, but yay~ at last I got to take pics with the bears~

and to visit the tokyo street...I thought very big wan mana tau ...

Then we went to Ben's for lunch...

after Pavillion I went to Sephora...love the one in SG..so big I can shop in there for hours...this is kinda small...hopefully they will open another bigger branch at somewhere in PJ!!

Outfit of the day....

Been shop a lot of vintage clothes...wanted to try out the really extreme wan like those from Japanese magazines..but trying tone down as Malaysian cant accept it -.- I dont wanna attract attention...I am serious..they even look at my socks -.- 

Top (RM50+ - Kitschen)

Its love at first sight...haha.I know I've been using this for quite some time. But I really love this top when I enter the shop...I was like OMG! I love this! at first I thought maybe I can get this from online website cause its cheaper. But come to think of it, the quality its not as good, and I think around RM50 its really worth it by the cutting and the quality esp the sleeves. So......I bought it..but I have no regrets!

Pants (RM25 - Pasar Malam Tmn Megah)

Have been wearing this to work and now for casual too~ this wan big butt small but also can wear. By having he A line cutting, this high waist pants can make our waist look smaller and the butt look just nice~

Belt (come with a vintage shorts...will show one of my new vintage outfit very soon^^ )

Yea I know some of you already seen this top for dont know how many times d..but I still love it..LOL~

Chocolate Polka

I suddenly have the mood to write my mixie matchy post!! yes I miss it so much!! so ...sorry for those who actually waiting to see some beautiful pictures from korea, and surprise for some that been waiting for a fashion post..its really been a while I didnt update my mixie matchy post!

Outfit for this post was inspired by Japanese style..maybe abit of Korea style since I bought the top from Korea? LOL..just joke..of course this is more to Japanese style...

Yes yes! something new for me here...can I intro my new style first?

Its my first time wearing this kind of socks and match with heels, I know in my life when I wear shoes with socks was when I went to school, or to sports..lol.

Socks (RM18 - from website) you can ask me for the website if you are interested
this black lace socks just match with everything! but if your legs are not too long like mine, would suggest not to pull it all up which will make your legs looks shorter.

Shoes (RM45 - curve flee market)
I just love shoes that is beige or brown, maybe is because I find it very easy to match with everything, and this shoes match with my handbag :D

Handbag (RM28 - from Korea) go see my 1st post of korea trip :)
Yes! its that cheap and quality its good! and dont judge the bag by the size, I actually can put lots of stuff inside the bag, even a cardigan! love it~

Sorry, I just cant resist anything with polka dots, stripes and eiffel tower. This is just one of the shirt I bought from Korea, few more to come : D
Their size n design actually quite big size, would suggest to tuck in if not it will look like pyjamas.

Smells like Vanilla

After some lovey dovey posts, its time to get back to fashion!
Guess Im still in the lovey dovey mood :p What I'm going to share is something soft and vanilla. Lol...I dont know why I will have such description on my the outfit this time, maybe that's this outfit really suites the scent of vanilla...


Polka Dots Top (RM39.90) Brands Outlet
It's the love at first sight. I straight fall in love with it when I saw it, but I didnt buy it at the 1st time. As I always buy stuff online, RM39.90 its kinda pricey for me to get a thin cardigan like this. but I CANT CARE ANYMORE. I cant stop thinking about this top since the day I left T.T So I bought it when the 3rd time I went there..3RD ok..not 2nd :p
Enough of the love at first sight story of me and the polka dots top. Tips for you is, IF you really planning to buy this top you NEED to try it. Cause the arms part is quite tight but not on your body. So its depends which you prefer, I prefer not so tight on the arms and abit loose on my body since I gonna tuck in anyway. But you definitely need to wear something inside like a singlet or something.

Beige skirt (RM70 for 2= RM35) brands outlet
Well, this is not really love at first sight but 2nd sight :p But I decided to buy it by not considerate it so much, cause its something you can match with everything...seriously. But again, I find this skirt kinda short, you might have to think twice if you are planning to wear this to work. Next time I'll try this wearing stockings or socks next time, at least not so 'revealing' :p


I suddenly thought of something. All these while Im just sharing tips on my style, but I bet some of you might not have the same style as me but you would like to ask people for suggestions or opinions on your style. Simple Me

I think this is sort of like the first blue shirt that I actually love it and wear it...before I really start to go for something other than black and white, or grey..I think blue is another good choice but I never thought I can match with it. So, always try everything on, dont think..TRY.

So since after this shirt, I actually started to bought alot of clothings in blue. This is one of my casual but not too casual outfit : D I usually will wear this when I'm so lazy to wear heels but yet I dont wanna look to 'leh feh' with just a t-shirt and a short pants which look like I'm just out for a meal at mamak : D

Anyone can wear this!! seriously...as long you are not someone that love to wear tight clothing, this is definitely nice to wear and easy to match, and it covers all our flaws, flabby arms, big stomach, small boobies~ haha...

Shorts (Cotton On) AUD?? forgot how much and they are not selling anymore :(
This is my favorite shorts all time! The design its simple, or should I say there's no design but the cutting its damn nice for me this kind of big butt gal as it is not as soft which will follow your body shape.

Belt (Brands Outlet) RM19
This is one slim belt I decided to buy as most of the wide belt actually are very tight, sometimes its very tiring to wrap yourself for the whole day. Try something loose, wearing a slim belt like this can still show your curve :)

Yoo hoo~~ It's end of Tuesday, which is soon to be Wednesday...and that mean its mid of the week and weekend is coming soon~ LOL...

Okai...I shall start with my mixie matchy style for today..shall we : D








































This is one of the outfit I wear to work...so far I never take picture with this dress..now I notice..its quite short tim..macam not appropriate to wear to work although I wear short pants inside...maybe next time I should wear stocking inside of short pants...(itchy legs nightmare begins T_T )

Anyway...here's the tips~
Red cardigan from Melbourune - (AUD 17)
    - match with anything you want. Best with white, black, beige...hm..wat else..something not so dull maybe
      orange? purple?...but this cardigan's design its best not to button up. Most of the cardigans (especially
      tight ones) look better without button up, ESPECIALLY if you have big butt but small body like
      me...better dont do this cause your butt will look unbelievably big!

Dress full of stamp chops from Taman Megah Pasar Malam (RM20)
- If you have flabby big arms like mine, you can definitely match with anything with sleeves or like me..with a
  cardigan, just to cover up the arms. The length of the skirt are just nice to show off ur pretty legs abit as it
  already cover our inner tights, which mostly are the fattest parts of our legs. Anyway, any of you will look
  just nice with this dress, it brings out the curve of you :)

Shoes from Vincci (RM79.90) I used cash voucher so I think I only paid RM28 for that shoes, yippie~
- awww...isnt the shoes look so lovely? The design actually makes your legs looks longer because more
  'skin' are shown, so..visually its longer. No wonder people will said did I actually lose weight when I wear
  this outfit...hehe :p

Casual VS Super Casual

It's mixie matchy style again and today we have a guest !

Today I'm wearing stockings!!

Ok..I know I sounds...over. But dont you notice I hardly wear things to cover my legs? Yea, view back my previous posts, all are in skirts. Just because I have sensitive skin, so they tend to be so itchy whenver I wear tights or stocking or even jeans! how sad is that !! Jeans its everyone's best friend, its the easiest thing to match on earth! so you say..how sad is tat!!! Luckily my office's aircond its cold enough that I still cant feel the itchiness as long I'm in the cold condition. Still, I get the itchiness when I back home T_T

Tips
Top - website (RM16) I love huge top like this, especially when I can wear it as 1 piece.
Longchamp - its the bag that I use everyday now..its just so easy to match!
Belt - Vincci (RM19.9) On such a huge top like this...I decided to wear a belt. Just because you wont look
          TOTALLY flat. With a belt you can just simply create the curve on your body :D
Short Pants - better wear one to be safe. Only if you wear tights then its ok la. But I will still suggest you to
                     wear something inside when the top its at the length of you hip line. Its better to wear
                     something to cover that up, so your butt wont look bigger
Stocking/tights - For me I will definitely cover up my whole legs. Please dont wear any tights that is the only
                         until the ankle length...cause that will totally makes you look shorter!


Anyway..let me reveal our guest first! we went makan in 1u...since she is doing some fashion posts as well...I just asked permissions for posting her pictures (ddly)

well yeah~~ its Emeryn! She's wearing casual today...
you know...when you have nice body...wear what also nice -.- envynya!

Tips
Handbag - Coach. Love this bag of hers. This just goes with everything. No matter casual, or smart casual.
                  Even formal
Top - Tops that I usually showed are not suitable for big boobs right. This kind of top definitely suites girls
          with bigger boobs, just like her..hehe. It's a good thing ok Im not teasing her. She knows what looks
          good  on her, just like wearing this top, if you are flat like me better dont wear it, cause we cant 'fill in
          the blank' LOL :p
Shorts - The skinniest you are, the shortest you wear. She have a pair of nice legs! even shorter she still
              looks good on this! Ohya, try to get a size bigger of what you usually wear. Short jeans like this
              looks better and ur legs skinnier when the jeans is looser. Remember! dont balut your tights ok...

I Heart Paris

Ok, maybe not just Paris?Or maybe just Eiffel Tower? I'm a Eiffel Tower freak seriously, I cant resist anything which have the Eiffel Tower on it. But I really love the culture of Paris and Italy...or make it short...Europe. Really really love it~~

Today's mixie matchy style its of course, not very paris style, but I would say simple and nice with black and white :p oh..and grey...



































Eiffel Tower top - Romp (RM45.00)
                            I know its quite expensive for a top (for me la) but like I said I cant
                            resist anything with Eiffel Tower. They even have the braces attached to it, which you can
                            adjust and make different design.
Tips                   - Doesnt really reckon for big boobs girls, cause its horizontal strips, which make your
                            body looks wider. If you really want to wear this, try to wear something tight at the
                            bottom but DONT tuck in your shirt. Make it look very loose at the top part and tight for
                            the bottom part. Also, dont wear anything that is high waist only if you want your big
                            boobs looks bigger

Black skirt - Cotton On
                    I think I already intro this skirt in my previous posts, sure wear it at least once a week cause it
                   just match with EVERYTHING.

Pinky Blue

Ooooo~~~ its been awhile I didnt blog about my mixie matchy style...so here we go~

Wow for this time! Im not going for black, white or grey but PINK! pink is not my favorite color but I love this dress. I still remember I bought this in Sunway Pyramid before CNY, with the shoes as well.

Dress - Sunway Pyramid (one of those small boutique bust cost RM79.90 -.-)

Shoes - shoez obsession (there are some shoes that some of you might though quite lala but this pair of 

             shoes actually get alot of admiration..hehe..I love this peter pan-like shoes RM69.90)

            * wear till rosak liao, so gonna buy the same shoes SOON!

Belt   - Hong Kong

Tips - good thing about this dress is...everyone look nice in this...seriously...it just fit everyone

I think was on Tuesday...I know..the combination look almost the same like my previous post here right

Im just lazy to think on Tuesday you know..hehe
So I just grab a white tee, which just will never go wrong with anything

Tips
1. Like I said the skirt its good to cover the big butt for the big butt girls like me :)
2. Blue shoes for work, black sandals for lepak...or even beach :D
3. Please take note on the white-T, and the picture on the far right with my arm. If you are very
    conscious and hate your flabby fat arms like me, try not to get this kind shirt with the sleeve length like
    this, it will make your arms looks bigger.

My mixie matchy style

This is my first time doing a fashion post. Quite 'gan jiong' dont know what should I write. Hehe

Well at first I didnt think to post about it cause I think everyone have their own dressing style, and I thought I might not be that geng that give people some tips. But quite often I get compliments from colleagues (most) and friends on my fashion/ mix n match style. Hm...I started to wonder, am I really so? Maybe I used to work in lots of boutique and watch alot of fashion tv show : D.

So I have this idea, why not I share my tips and what I know to my readers?! Well guys might think oh no all the fashion posts are definitely for girls. But HEY...you can read and maybe take not, next time when your gf/wife ask for your opinion and you might be helpful for them, they surely will love you more! :p

Well anyway...like I said I am not a professional, just would love to share my tips on how I dress, and look slimmer! to my lovelies~ hope that help..no matter in what way :)

Starting from Monday...

People always think about Monday Blues...do you get that every Monday? Well most of the time I do, so usually I will wear black and white as the metaphor of my Monday's Blue...But this Monday I feeling good~actually planned what to wear already a day before


Oh...FYI...Most of my brands have no brands : D...they are either very cheap or affordable..like what I mentioned in one of my post that we dont necessarily have to spend a lot of money to dress nice !

So I wore brown and white, instead of black and white~ somehow I dont feel my Monday's Blue leh~~

Tips :
1. If you are wearing this to work, please better wear a short pants inside. You would not want some female
    colleagues to hate you for wearing too sexy rite.
2. Doesn't really suggest this outfit for girls with bigger boobs, especially with that tight and big belt. Try
    something smaller and make it looser...if not the portion of your body will be quite unbalance unless you
    have drop dead body curves like 36,24,36..haha
3. Girls with no boobs but with big butt like me...I would say this is the kind of outfit we should go for. The
    belt gives you the curve. With the A line cutting would actually make people felt that you're not having a
    big butt but it's the style of the dress.


Tuesday! Actually I no rasa on Tuesdayy...how about you?

When I have no rasa, then most of my things will be exactly the same color or most of the things I wear will be the same color category...(actually I always do -.- )

Tips
1. Cause my body is too small, which doesnt look balance with my big butt, I will wear something with some
    design around my shoulders to make it look slightly bigger, so it looks more balance with my lower body.
    So that mean this top is not suitable for girls with big or thick shoulders.
2. The belt its just something I would add on to make it looks not that plain and too simple.
3. Skirt...Big Butt gals...remember..A line skirt its always the best for us!
